AMIT PARIKH - PRESIDENT
Amit was the CFO of two successful start-ups, ZeitNet, Inc. and PipeLinks, Inc., which were acquired by Cabletron Systems and Cisco Systems, respectively. Amit has 13 years of "start-up" experience and 10 more years of public accounting and private industry experience. In addition, Amit is currently the CFO and member/partner of two venture funds, Anthelion Capital, L.L.C. (since 1996) and Anthelion Capital II, L.P. (since 1999). In his role as a venture investor, Amit has funded nearly 80 companies thus far and assisted several in a way that OutForce is chartered to do.

SHAHBAZ SAUDAGARAN - VICE PRESIDENT
Shahbaz has over 20 years of public accounting and industry experience. Prior to joining OutForce Shahbaz was the CFO of a Silicon Valley start-up. Prior to that Shahbaz was with Coopers and Lybrand for 8 years where he managed and serviced a portfolio of clients that comprised of start-ups, medium sized and public companies in the high technology industry. Shahbaz also had 3 years of corporate work experience working for two multinational companies in various management positions. Shahbaz is a CPA and has a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Washington. He also has a Masters in Commerce from Bombay University and a Degree in Cost Accounting from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants in India.

BALA BALAKRISHNAN - SENIOR MANAGER
Bala Balakrishnan brings more than 21 years of experience in the field of accounting, finance and administration to OutForce LLC. Most recently, Bala Balakrishnan served as the General Manger Finance and Operations of KLEER Industries Inc. a manufacturer of computer monitors and display technology that utilized the direct catalog marketing, Internet retail and home shopping channels exclusively, where he helped the company during growth from initial revenue up to $30 Million in sales. At KLEER Industries, Bala was also instrumental in building up the finance and administration infrastructure of the company as it expanded its operations overseas. Previously, he held various senior financial and accounting positions at leading technology companies, like BPL-Sanyo Group, a $1.2 Billion Joint Venture, manufacturing consumer electronics, consumer appliances and refrigeration. He is also worked for a Service provider in the area of wireless telecom and software services.

SANJAY VRAJLAL - SENIOR MANAGER
Sanjay has a Bachelors in Accounting from San Jose State University. He has 3 years of public accounting experience at Ernst and Young and has working knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, financial regulatory reporting requirements and cost accounting.

MA UPPAL - DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL
Mr. Uppal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked at BPL Group for over 38 years. In his career at BPL Group he has held various positions ranging from Group Finance Director of the main flagship company to Managing Director of BPL Sanyo Technology Ltd. During this time he has handled several IPO's of group companies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of finance and accoutns, manufacturing, taxation and legal compliance. Mr. Uppal is also a qualified attorney and Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant.

GANAPATHY RAMA HEGDE
Hegde holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and has completed is C.A Inter (Group I) having a experience of 22 years with various Companies in the fields of auditing, accounting and finance management.

SUNIL RATNAKAR RAO
Sunil is a Chartered Accountant having a experience of 15 years working with various Companies in fields of auditing, accounting and finance management. He has hands on experience in various ERP packages.

LINDA WILLIAMS
Linda holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and MBA in Finance and HR. She brings over six years of progressive experience in Large manufacturing accounting and finance.

AMRIT TALIKOT
Amrit brings in expertise in Legal matters related to Indirect taxation, Corporate Laws, Conveyancing, Contracts, Agreements, Business Laws etc. Amrit holds Degree in Law as well as Siploma in Human Resources Management. He has worked with a leading firm Adovcates for six years practicing Law and held coveted positions with leading Corporates in their Legal Departments.

MOHAN V
Mohan holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. He brings over three years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

JAGDISH HEMMADY
Jagdish holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. He has the experience of working in the Middle East. He brings in 11 years of rich and progressive experience in Accounting and Finance.

ELSTER CRASTA
Elster holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Mangalore University and completed MBA Finance from Mangalore University.

MANOHAR SHETTY
Monohar is a Chartered Accountant having a rich experience of over 10 years. He has worked with Protech Engineerying Pvt. Ltd. and Transnet Express Pvt. Ltd. and has experience in accounts, systems, operations, audits, management reports, finance and implementation of various MIS Systems. As a member of the Outforce Team, he has also worked with in diversified assignments for two years in Finance and Accounts.

MAHESH KUMAR
T.A holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Sambhram Academy of Management Studies in Bangalore. He brings over three years of progressive experience in HR management.

MANJU PRASAD SHETTY
Manju holds Management from S.D.M. College, Mangalore. He brings one year of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance.

SUDHEER KUMAR SHETTY
